The Purpose of Confession

By appointment Monday to Friday through the parish office.
The community of Our Lady of Sorrows acknowledges that the land on which we gather and pray is within the ancestral, traditional, unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Join us in welcoming our new Pastor, Fr. Rosemond Sylvestre, and our new Assistant Pastor, Fr. Firmo Mantovanni.
Some of you might have remember them from previous years.
Fr. Rosemond (from Haiti) was our assistant pastor back in 2014. Also served in St Helen’s in Burnaby and at Our Lady of Fatima in Vancouver. We are very happy to have you back.
Fr. Firmo (from Brazil, Italian descent) goes further back to 1979 when he was last here. He was last serving in the US. But again if you want the exact info, you will have to ask him when you see him after Mass.
Say hi to them after Mass and get to know them. 🙂
