In light of the COVID-19 situation, we have received the following important information which I am gladly passing onto you for your faithful in respect to Masses being televised and Resources made available – for the time being.
Televised Mass:
Salt + Light TV has communicated that they have made arrangements with cable companies across Canada (Rogers, Bell, Telus, Shaw Direct, Videotron) so that Salt + Light TV is available free of charge to all subscribers until 1 May 2020. This means that any person who subscribes to cable TV will be able to access Salt + Light TV and therefore the Daily TV Mass and Sunday TV Mass produced by National Catholic Broadcasting Council.
The channel number on each cable company that carries Salt + Light TV can be found at saltandlighttv.org/subscribe
Resources for Mass – PDF:
The CCCB General Secretariat has received word from Novalis that during this current health crisis, they are willing to post on their websites PDFs of the pages from Living with Christ for each upcoming Mass, so as to allow people to download them for free.
